Vs All: 2nd highest from touching honors from 3+ except dummy's or partner's suit.
May lead J from KQJ or A from AK vs NT.

Defensive Signals

Upside-Down Count and Attitude.
Usually suit preference in trumps and when attitude not relevant.
Count usually only in hold-up situations.
Rev Smith vs. NT at trick 2 - low card encourages continuation of opening lead suit.
