Although you can enter any of the events onsite, you will make it easier for the organizers if you enter in advance, as well as making it unnecessary to arrive extra early and stand in a long line to enter. So we encourage you to enter online. Click an event to proceed.

1. You Must be in the WBF Database

To play in any of the WBF events at the World Bridge Series, you must be listed in the WBF's database. If you have previously played in a WBF event, you are listed in their database.

You can check to see whether you are listed either by going to www.worldbridge.org/people and checking for your name or by following the instructions below - if your name doesn't appear after you click on "Find player(s)" you aren't in the WBF database and in order to enter an event you will first have to register with WBF.

To do that you need to complete a form & submit it by email. You can get the form by clicking here. Follow the instructions on the form to be entered in the WBF database. It will take a day or two after you email the form. You will receive an email confirming that you have been added to the WBF database and you can then continue with the entry process. Note that your partner & teammates must also be in the WBF database, so you need to have each of them complete the email form also.

2. To Enter in Advance You Must Complete an Entry Form on the WBF Site

To enter an event, click the event name above. That will take you to the WBF Registration page. The WBF uses the word "Registration" to mean entry. Once there:

1) Type some of the letters of your last name into the "Surname" box.

2) Click on the button marked "Find player(s)."  You will be given a list of players who are in th WBF Database and have those letters in their name. If your name appears on the list, click on "Select Player" and your information will be entered into the "registration" form and you will be taken to "Select Player 2" where you follow the same procedure for your partner (and for additional players for the team events).

3) After you have clicked on "Select Player" for your partner, you will see a form with both of your names - if either of your sex or birthdate is missing, you must add that information. 

4) Type your name into the "Submitted by" box and your email address into the Email Address box and then click on "Submit Entry." 

5) You should receive and email acknowledgement of the entry. You can also check to see that you are listed as a player in the event by clicking on "View" under "Entry List" next to the event name above.
