Preempt aggression varies a lot with seat/vul. First favorable weak 2 often 5.

11 balanced NV possible to open but not mandatory. Some unbalanced 10 counts and most unbalanced 11s are opened, especially NV.

Opening Leads AND Leads in the Middle of the Hand

3/low suits, 2/4 NT. Std honor leads (K=power NT).

Shifts are primarily attitude, but low=odd high=even if trying to convey count.

udca, rev smith vs nt. Std present count if given.

priority is attitude-count-suitpref, but of course playing the technical card or giving the signal that's needed takes priority.
