4th best highest (or second highest from bad suits)
Frequently lead 3 card suits.
K is power lead requesting highest honor or count.
Attitude shifts

Vs. Suits 3rd and 5th leads.
Opening lead - either A or K from AK.
A requests UD attitude (unless dummy has stiff, Kx, KQx[x], K requests SP
Attitude shifts middle of hand.
Middle of hand, A or Q requests attitude (U/D), K requests count(U/D).

Vs. Suits, SP trick one, except on most A leads.
