| We play 5 Card Majors. In minors we play 2+ club suits & 4+ D suits. 14+-17- NT openings. we open a minor 12+ with bal hands unless 3rd seat may open 11. With unbalanced hands we may open either a minor or major with 11+ (10+ 3rd seat). |
| we Play Rusinow from 3+ Vs suits & NT. Exceptions are dummys suit, partners suits, at 6 Lvl, & side suits in preemptors hand. Spot card lds Vs NT is 4th unless its a suit with no honor & then may ld 2nd highest. May lead from J98x the 8. Ld High from xxx Vs NT. Vs suits lead low from xxx & hi from DBTN. Otherwise 3rd & 5th. In mid hand lead J tends to not promise a higher honor unless we are being deceptive. 10 tends to show a 1/2 higher honor. Example- at trick 2 may switch to 10 from KJ10x & to J from J109. |
| We play upside down count & attitude but STD current count & suit preference. we play trump suit pref when it wont sacrifice a trump trick. if a ruff situ then hi low may be count showing odd #. Our first Priority is Attitude & rarely give count unless its to prevent access to a long suit. we give FreQ suit pref but may not if we feel its obvious to switch. |
