2 = Michaels 5+-5+ in majors
When we open or overcall 1M, and the next hand acts, 2N, jump or not, is a 4-card raise. By a PH a raise even if they don't act. |
General Bidding Style
| Strong NT 14+-17, Normal Opening Style (open nearly all bal. 12 HCP), Normal Preemptive Style, 1st Seat white vs. red could be light.
We play 5 card majors and 2/1 GF 3-3 opens 11C. 4-4 and 4-5 may open either minor. Open all balanced 12's non vul We frequently respond to opening bids with fewer than 6 HCP, especially non-vul. We routinely bypass a 4-card major to rebid 1N. Our 1M rebid is assumed to be unbalanced. We routinely rebid 1N with a stiff in responder's major with no other good rebid. 1430 responses to KC except Exclusion or Preempt KC. |
