Vs NT: 4th best from honor or 5+ cards. Highest from 3 small. Highest or 2nd highest from 4 small. Low from 3+ small if in partner's suit and never raised in auction. Standard honor leads (usually A from AK). In the middle of the hand, spot card leads are normally attitude (bottom of something, top of nothing). May choose to lead small from 3+ if we think count is more important.
