A from AK vs suits, but not: 1. at 5-level or higher 2. vs. preempts 3. in bid and raised suits Then ambiguous king. Rusinow vs NT from 4+, but not: 1. in partner's suit 2. in dummy's suit(s) 3. in a side suit by a preemptor King power vs NT, so queen may be KQx. After trick 1, spot leads usually attitude, but if trying to give count lead lowest from odd, highest from even. |
