1m-2S = limit raise in opener"s minor
1M-3C = limit raise M
1M opening or overcall-(dbl)-transfer advances

Our style: normal with occasional good judgment
1N=15-17
Five-card majors in first and second seat
1M-2C might be as few as 2 or 3 clubs if no other 2/1 suitable

Opening Leads AND Leads in the Middle of the Hand

Vs. suits: Fourth best, A from AK, MUD
Vs. NT: Fourth best, Rusinow from 4+
King=big lead
Ace from ace-king for attitude
Vs. NT, return of lowest card from original 5 card suit when sing in dummy
Upside-down signals but Odd-Even first discard
Suit-preference when obviously needed
J, T, 9 in middle of hand vs. NT usually 0 or 2 higher

Count at trick one vs NT when dummy wins trick with Jack or lower or QJx
