Bids that Require Advance Preparation

Transfer responses over (1 major) - double. Transfer responses over (1x)-1M -(X) and transfers over (2M)- X.

2D opener is a precision 3 suiter, short in diamonds and 10-15 HCP. Can be 3/4 or 4/4 in the major.

2C opener is 6+ club suit, 10-15 HCP.

After 1D opener followed by T/O double, our bids are transfer responses. Redouble is 1 heart. 2C is 4/4 at least in the minors with simple raise values. 3C is 5/4 in the minors and competitive values. 2H is at least 5 spades and 4+ hearts and non invitational values, 2S is same with 9-11 (on with or without X).

Opening Leads AND Leads in the Middle of the Hand

Vs suits: standard honor card leads. A from AK except doubletons, 5 level+, partner's suit, or defending against 3 level openers or higher. We lead 3/5 against suits. 4th best from honor and high or 2nd high from weak 3, 4, or 5 card holdings against NT.
A asks for unblock or count, King asks for attitude, Q asks for J vs. NT
