Bids that Require Advance Preparation

After opps open 1NT we play 2C= majors or D's and Xfers(2D/2H/2S) with Dbl being a 4cd major and 5+ cd minor Vs strong NT and opening hand Vs weak NT. 2NT after any bid is 1RF.
After we open 1M & Opp's Dbl we play Xfers starting with 1NT.
We play Invitational JS at 2 & 3 level.
Mixed raises in Comp(5-8HCP).
After O'calls Jump fits and BPH. a Jump raise is weak and JQ is Mixed.

General Bidding Style

5card majors;
2/1 GF exc when in comp and resp rebids a suit.
Open light(10HCP) in majors if distributional and sound with balanced hands with a minor.
With 4-4 in minors generally open 1D unless the club suit is far superior.
Open light in 3rd seat and cd be 4 cd suit simply as ld director but rare.
We play a lot of dbls as Take out or comp.
Dbl of 3NT is ld a heart(1NT-3NT) or dummys 1st bid suit.

Opening Leads AND Leads in the Middle of the Hand

We lead 3rd and 5th Vs suits&
A from AKx and 4th best or attitude (bad suits) Vs NT.
We lead Rusinow Vs NT with the K being our power ld (KQ1098 etc) but not in partners suit or dummy's suit.
In mid hand we tend to play J & 9 deny so may ld 10 from A10x/Q10x) & ld more attitude unless count is requires then 3rd & 5th.

Defensive Signals

USD count and attitude.
Std suit Pref and Std current count.
We give attitude at trick one unless known then Suit pref or count as last option.
During play we tend to give Suit Pref including in trump suit if not a ruff situ.
