Bids that Require Advance Preparation

5 card Majors, Strong NT, 2/1 Forcing to game except rebid.

Strong Jump Shifts without competition (at least K more than Game Force)
We open most balanced hands with 12 HCP and most unbalanced hands with two defensive tricks.
May respond with a very weak hand.
1 level overcalls can be light (four card suit is common), Most doubles are takeoutish (at all levels) except for a few, specific auctions.
Frequent suit preference / tactical bids.

General Bidding Style

Very aggressive style.

Frequent weak 2 with 5 cards - especially NV
Two way reverse drury. 3rd suit openers usually 10 hcp but can be lighter (8+)

1C may be as few as 2 cards (only if 4-4-3-2).
1D promises 4.

Frequently bypass 1D, X-Y-Z

Opening Leads AND Leads in the Middle of the Hand

3rd/5th vs suits, may lead high from xxx in partners raised suit.

4th best vs NT but often lead high or second high from bad holdings.
Vs. suits, 3rd from even, low from odd;
After the opening lead, we often lead high without interest in having suit returned or lowest when we judge count to be irrelevant.

Standard honor leads A from AK Q from KQ109 vs NT

low from xxx vs suits

Defensive Signals

Standard carding and discard. Frequent suit preference - especially at trick 1
