3rd/low
standard honors, K from AK

Opening Lead Versus NT:
Attitude
Rusinow from 3 or more
K for unblock/count, A for attitude

Middle of Hand:
Usually lead attitude

Upside-down Count & Attitude
Standard present count
Reverse Smith vs. NT
Trump suit preference

Suit preference situations:
In trumps, including when leading trumps
At trick 1 when dummy has a singleton
At trick 1 when declarer has known singleton
When partner likely is leading a singleton
When leading a suit for partner to ruff
When setting up your suit or running your suit and you have a choice of cards
When partner knows (or is about to know) your holding in the suit; in that case there is no neutral signal.

Priority for signaling (unless specifically defined under suit preference section above):
When we lead the suit: attitude, count, suit preference
When declarer leads the suit: count, suit preference
When discarding: attitude, count, suit preference
