Signalling priority is Attitude, Count, Suit Preference.
We give frequent suit preference including in the trump suit.

Vs NT: Standard Count and Upside Down Attitude
Reverse Smith vs NT: Low cards in declarer's first suit encourage the opening lead suit (suit preference if attitude to opening lead suit is known).
