Bids that Require Advance Preparation

We play
2D as multi,
2H as preemptive with both majors, and
2S as Polish-style (5+S, 4+ minor).

We also play a 2C response to 1M opener can be 2 cards since 2D promises 5.
Some transfers in comp and fit jumps.
(1C)-2C natural.

General Bidding Style

Our notrump range is 14-16 in first, second chair and third non-vul. In third seat vul and fourth seat it's 15-17.

We tend to open quite a few 11's, especially non-vul as a consequence of that.

General bidding style is probably down-the-middle to slightly aggressive.

Opening Leads AND Leads in the Middle of the Hand

For spot cards leads:
against suits, we lead 3rd/low,
on lead against notrump, we lead 2nd/4th and tend to lead middle from three quite frequently (e.g. Hxx or xxx often leads middle).
We also play rusinow (but not in dummy's suit or partner's suit) against notrump with 8 being pivot and King being the "power" lead.
Of course, falsecarding is always possible.

Defensive Signals

We play upside down carding, upside down smith at trick two only against notrump, and trump suit preference.
We also play coded 9's and 10's after trick one
and king after trick one asks for count.
A from AK against suits except at 5-level or higher or in a bid-and-supported suit.
Of course, falsecarding is always possible.
