2C - Both Majors vs any natural notrump range

General Bidding Style

Standard American with a polish 1C
Strong NT , 2/1 is not GF and 1nt is non-forcing
Open balance most balance 12 counts
11 counts unbalance hands open, some 10s and rarely 9s
1D most likely has 5 but can be 5332 shape if less than 5 diamonds then either 4441 hands or 4 diamonds - 5 clubs.

Hands exactly 4414 often open 1C and treated as balance.

Will do frequent 4Card major overcalls at the one level and the hand may have longer minor.
Raises of 1 level major overcalls generally have 4 card support.

After opening bids doubles of preempts generally penalty oriented by responder.

Opening Leads AND Leads in the Middle of the Hand

4th leads vs suits and notrump

Standard Honor leads except K from AK above 3nt

leads in middle- high = no honor, low = honor
Could give suit length signal in middle of hand

Rare but Mud is possible on opening lead

Defensive Signals

Standard Carding

Attitude then Count then Suit Preference in general

However partner has wide liberties to give the signal that matters. Frequent Suit Preference in trump or side suits.
