Greg is a fifth (and final) year Atmospheric Science Ph.D. student at Colorado State University, studying applications of machine learning towards improving forecasts of high-impact weather. Originally from the Seattle area, Greg attended the University of Washington and graduated in 2013 with majors in Computer Science, Atmospheric Science, and Physics. While there, he founded the UW Bridge Club, and was a member of the winning Collegiate Championship team in 2013. Greg was also previously a member of the U26 USA2 squad in 2014 and 2016 in Turkey and Italy, as well as a member of the U21 USA contingent in 2013 in Atlanta. |
Burke Snowden

Burke Snowden, 20, was born and raised in Colorado and is now a sophomore at Yale University. He has represented the United States three times in international competition and was on the team that won Gold in the 2013 U21 Open Team Championship. He and his regular partner, Greg, pride themselves on their walking pace, self-estimated to be +2.5 Sigma over the total population of bridge players. |
