In addition to the $360 entry fee for this event, which all of the teams pay in advance, there is an entry fee of $150 per session (there are two sessions a day). This entry fee is to be paid for each stage of competition before the start of that stage. Thus the following amounts will be due for the following stages of competition on or before the following times:
1. 4 sessions of the Round Robin: fees of $600, due with the event entry fee.
2. Round of 16 entry fee of $600 for 4 sessions, due before 10:00 on Sunday, May 8th.
3. Quarterfinals session fees of $600 for 4 sessions, due before10:00 on Tuesday, May 10th.
4. Semifinals session fees of $600 for 4 sessions, due before 10:00 on Thursday, May 12th.
5. Finals session fees of $600 for 4 sessions, due before 10:00 on Saturday, May 14th.
Session fees may be paid by credit card, cash or check. We are now able to accept credit cards on site. Just find Jan before the time the session fees are due and give her your credit card. She will scan it and ask you to sign your name for the amount you are paying.
