2026 Open & Mixed United States Bridge Championships

The 2026 USBCs will select 1 team for each of the 2027 Burmuda Bowl (Open) and Wuhan Cup (Mixed). Dates & location for the 2027 World Bridge Team Championships are not yet known. The US is entitled to two teams in each division of the World Bridge Team Championships; the 2027 USBCs will select the second Open & Mixed teams and 2 teams for each of the Seniors and Women's events.
Each event will be held face to face unless more than 16 teams enter. If more teams enter, there will be online Round Robin or KO stages to reduce to 16 teams for face to face play, with some higher-seeded teams exempt. The first face to face stage of each event will be a 3 day Round Robin to select 8 teams for the Quarterfinal; the Quarterfinal Semifinal, and Final will each be 2 day 120 board KO matches.
DATES: The 2026 Open USBC will start on Monday, April 13th and end on Tuesday, April 21st. The 2026 Mixed USBC will start on Wednesday, April 22nd and end on Thursday, April 30th.
